Paradigm Consulting is a fast-growing communications agency, serving a range of top-tier brands. We are entering an exciting period of international expansion. To help support the latest round of development, we are looking to grow the core team in Hong Kong with experienced PR and communications practitioners to join our diverse and multi-cultural team. We are open to high-potential, talented candidates with strong written and communication skills.
Reporting line: Managing Director
Based: Hong Kong
Term: Full time with 3-month probation
About the role - principal responsibilities
Advise clients on communications and marketing plans and manage projects independently
Lead the project team to create original content for deployment on clients’ marketing and social channels. The content will come in various formats including text, infographics, podcasts and videos
Execute clients’ publicity plans by preparing press releases, marketing content and communications materials in English and Chinese
Work with the leadership team to develop proposals, strategy papers and communications plans
Requirements
Ability to lead a project team and provide creativity to develop solutions for top tier clients
Excellent writing skills and application of the highest professional standards at all times
5-7 years of experience in corporate marketing, communications or PR field is preferred
A responsible, well organised, detail-oriented team player. Willing to work in a growing company with a multi-cultural team
Understanding of the media landscape is a plus
Less experienced candidates with high proficiency may also be considered for a junior role
